1. Our 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

5. Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
